Booost gives a solution to students struggling to break work down, prioritise their workload, remember everything they need to do, and with feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start.
It combines expert study and wellbeing advice with practical task management and calendar options, plus additional strategies to get help if things start to get really difficult.
Key features of Booost
Organise
Booost provides students with one place to organise their lives
Students’ tasks and events can be added to their Booost calendar, and any external calendars can also be connected. Colour-coding can be used to visually organise things, notes can be added for more information and reminders set. One place to capture everything to do and everywhere to be.
Optimise
Booost helps students know when to work, and what to work on
Booost can suggest what to do based on what is the highest priority and when things are due. It can help factor in when a student works most productively, and help make sure they are taking breaks. Routines can be added to build good habits, and a daily reflection tool enables regular checks to rate how each day has been.
Overcome
Booost provides students with increasing levels of help for when things get difficult
For every task and event, Booost suggests a customisable checklist to help break it down and prevent students feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to get started. Every task and event also links through to our library of specialist study and wellbeing guides, showing those that are most relevant to what is going on at the time. If things get more difficult, Booost helps students to Reach Out to friends and family, and provides a range of emergency help options to contact for specialist help and support.
